Prices include heating, electricity, a welcome pack and all the facilities of the cottage.
Bed-linen and towels are available at an extra £10 per person per week, but are included free of charge for two week bookings.

A deposit of £75 per week is required on booking. The balance is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. Your provisional booking will be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. A returnable security deposit of £75 is payable with the balance to cover any loss or damage.

To secure the dates you require, please complete our booking form and booking conditions and forward these with a cheque (made payable to John Botten) for the deposit. If you are not absolutely certain of your arrival details at this stage, please advise us after you have booked your ferry crossing.
On receipt of your booking form, booking conditions and deposit, we will provide you with the discount code for reduced price Brittany Ferries crossing.
The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
